Details:

The centre is providing financial and academic support to the students who deserve help in their studies.


Library

Details:

The college has a good library and it includes all kinds of books in English, Arabic and Malayalam. It functions as the brain of the college and students spend their extra time for reference and to read the periodicals. 


Computer lab

Details:

The college has a well equipped computer lab and computer training is provided to the students by well qualified teachers. The college issues certificate to those students who complete the course successfully. It helps the students great deal to get jobs abroad.


Communicative English programme

Details:

A communicative English programme is going on in the college to develop the English communicative skills among the students. Considering the importance of English language in the modern world, a two hours class in each week is provided to the students. These classes are handled by efficient teachers and we make use of all modern technology. Attending the classes are compulsory and students are showin great interest. The college provides certificate to the students who successfully complete the course.


Functional Arabic course

Details:

A functional Arabic course has started functioning in the college. This course is recognized by the department of Human Recourses Development, Govt. of India. The course is highly useful to the students who seek job opportunities abroad.


Literary association

Details:

A literary association is functioning in the college to develop the literary skills and artistic talents of the students. The association conducts several programmes such as personality development, enhancement of leadership qualities and various useful competitions among the students.


National Service Scheme (N.S.S.)

Details:

All students of the college are volunteers of National Service Scheme. The unit No. 144 is working in a commendable manner since the starting of the college. Prof. Muhammad M.P. is acting as the programme officer of the unit. The unit has done many valuable services to the local people as well as to the college, such as construction of roads, construction of houses, cleaning of drainages, construction of pits and bunds for watershed management etc. The unit is now actively engaged in finding out the reasons for the backwardness of Chennamangallur area and trying to find a solution to the problems.


Compulsory Social Service (C.S.S.)

Details:

The C.S.S. Scheme is very active in the college. The students are engaged in social service both out side and inside the college. As per the University instructions the degree Student work 42 days within the course of their study. They make use of each chance of social service. They regularly participate in various activities of the nearby Panchayat, especially in the area of education and the health of the public. These kinds of interactions with the public help them to develop their personality.


Students Welfare Association (S.W.A.)

Details:

The association is formed to help the poor students. The association supplies books, dress and other study materials to such students. All students collect funds from the public during particular months under the leader ship of Prof. Abdul Razak, who acts as the convenor of the association. The amount is distributed among the needy students after studying the financial condition of the students.


Nature Club

Details:

The nature club of the college helps the students to understand and appreciate the nature. They conduct camps and seminars with a view to impart knowledge of nature among students. The club maintains a beautiful herbal garden in the campus with the help and support of OISCA. The students also conduct study tours and discussions under the auspices of the club.


Consumer Club

Details:

As per the Government order, we have formed a consumer club to educate the students of the rights about the consumers and to instill in them the spirit of protection of consumer rights. The club imparts knowledge about the role of consumers in protecting their rights and helps to strengthen the consumer protection forum in the country.


Women Development Cell (W.D.C.)

Details:

Women Development Cell is formed with a view to act as a forum for providing a conducive atmosphere for the self-empowerment of girl students in the college. Centre for women’s studies, University of Calicut is the nodal agency of this cell. Both the President and Secretary are selected from the students and the motto of the W.D.C. is “Each Women for a Woman”. The cell conducts regular talks, lectures, orientation programmes and various other activities to empower the girl students.


College Alumni Association

Details:

The College Alumni Association is working under the president ship of Mr. Abdurahiman Faizee, Elayoor. Prof. Mujeeb P. is the secretary and C.P. Abdul Azeez is the Treasurer. It is very active and plays an important role in the progress of the college.


Sunniyya Residential Study Centre

Details:

This is a major firm run by the college, with the support of the management. Prof.Muhammad Bekkuth from the teaching staff, Mr.Ayyoob E.P. from the non-teaching staff of the college and Mr.V.Sulaiman from the managing committee are the pillars of the firm. By supplying free food, accommodation and medical treatment, we provide a great chance to the students to develop and improve their character and knowledge. Thus, the centre is an asset to the college as well as to the society
